Advanced Resources, LLC (AR) aims to provide the best pre-qualified and highly capable
professional, technical and administrative staff to industry and government clients. AR’s added
value comes from continued industry experience, from over twenty-five years of specializing in
executive search for professionals in the engineering and technical disciplines. AR provides
staffing to clients and offices throughout California and across the United States and can readily
respond to staffing needs.
AR utilizes a management system and an extensive professional
database, along with various recruiting techniques. AR also offers a direct recruiting approach
for specialized positions and carefully oversees personnel at all locations. For example, AR
recently provided Engineers to the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers to support Project
Management and Project Controls—scheduling, budgeting and cost engineering functions—in
the San Francisco, Sacramento, and Los Angeles District offices. In addition, AR currently
provides environmental Project Manager contractors to NAVFAC BRAC PMO.
An integral part of AR services includes maintaining a comprehensive database from which a
pool of candidates is obtained. In order to maintain a database of high-level skilled candidates,
AR staff associates conduct daily staff recruiting campaigns for purposes of pre-qualifying;
interviewing; and performing necessary back ground checks, such as licensing, certifications,
employment, felony, misdemeanor, Social Security numbers and motor vehicle licenses.
